If you inputted incorrect birth details (date, time, or location) and generated a faulty report, please reach out to our support team at support@bhavisyabuddy.com within 24 hours of purchase. We will manually regenerate the report with the correct details for you free of charge.
In case of a payment failure where money is debited from your account but the wallet credits/reports are not unlocked, the money is usually auto-refunded by your payment provider within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive the refund, please send us the transaction receipt, and we will verify it and activate your purchase manually.
